Hi, I’m Ruthie! I’m a Texas native who has called Louisville home for the past 9 years. I’m a proud wife and mama to two sweet girls and a baby boy, and I’ve always loved making life’s moments extra special.

Bluegrass Balloons began when I started creating balloon displays for my own children’s birthdays. What started as a fun way to celebrate our family quickly grew into larger installations for my husband’s workplace — and soon after, into a business I absolutely love.

I’ve always been a crafty, creative person, and balloons have become my favorite way to bring color, joy, and wow-factor to any event. Whether it’s an intimate gathering, a milestone celebration, or a big community event, I love transforming spaces with playful, unforgettable designs.
